Sporicidin® Mold Resistant Coating forms a durable finish that resists moisture, staining, blistering, and chipping, ensuring the integrity of your materials. The quality of the product, along with the anti-abrasion and anti-scratch qualities, exceeds the performance requirements of the following microbiological resistant tests: ASTM D3273, D3274. This product is perfect for use before, during, or after installation on new or existing building materials. The coating provides a breathable, paintable surface that can be left as a top coat or used as a primer, and it features UV-detectable pigment for warranty verification. It dries quickly, within 30 minutes to 2 hours, and has a shelf life of three years.
